Can I change the voice?
Currently No, there is only one Female voice - note: the accent changes for the language you convert to. e.g. Spanish, French. We plan on adding more at a later date.
The translation has gaps / speeds up randomly?
Translating from one language to another has varying length of text for the translation i.e. longer or shorter. To fit the new text audio in sometimes a slight change of speed is required.
I already have a language captions/subtitles translated, can it use that?
Yes it can and it will by default, by priorty it will try and use the users created captions language you are translating to, from YouTube.
If that doesn't exist then it will use the English Captions and if that doesn't exist then it will use YouTube's
automated English captions with some Flavoi processing improvements! to do the translation from.
So for example if you have uploaded a Spanish Translation Captions/Subtitles file to YouTube already and you click to convert
English to Spanish in Flavoi then it will use that YouTube Spanish Captions file as the language source to create the Audio from.
If you find any mistakes in the captions then you can amend it on YouTube and re-run the Flavoi translate process to pickup any changes made.
It's the same when you're converting from English to a new language, you can create your own English Captions on YouTube
and it will use those as the source captions to translate from.
The video I translated is not mine, can I upload it to YouTube? will it be a breach of Copyright?
If it's under creative commons then you will possibly be ok, otherwise Yes it will be breach of Copyright. Use it / Upload it to YouTube at your own risk.
How do I improve my language translation?
Editing the atuomated / created subtitles within youtube will improve the translation and voice over. translating to the same language e.g. English to English is a good start so you can hear the automated voice generated.
Why the Limit on Number of Videos / Length of Video?
Trial Limit is 5 Videos and 15 Minutes per video, When you place an order these limits will be doubled and so on for every order placed.
We have to do this as it takes a lot of computing power to produce each video.
Can I import a whole Channel or List?
Yes you can, enter the link to the Channel or List and the Language to Translate to and it will go get all the video links for you.
NOTE: There are restrictions on number you can import, see above.
Can it produce multi-audio videos?
This isn't supported in YouTube yet for everyone, once YouTube supports it then we will be adding it in Flavoi (we've already tested it June 2022).
How long are the files stored for?
All orders videos / audio files are stored for 14 days before they are automatically deleted.
All other submitted are automatically deleted after 5 days.
